We hand-pour every melt in small batches and aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Each parcel is packed with care in our cosy family studio and sent out as quickly as possible.

Tracked & Reliable Shipping

We ship every order with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard for safe, reliable delivery.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose a Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade at checkout.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been posted so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery Times

UK Orders: Usually delivered within 2–3 working days with Tracked 48, or 1–2 working days with Tracked 24.
Busy Seasons: During peak times (Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.) Royal Mail may experience slight delays, so please allow a little extra time.

Letterbox-Friendly Packaging

Many of our melts and smaller boxes are letterbox-friendly, meaning your order may be posted straight through the door.
Please note that letterbox sizes vary, and final delivery is always at the postman’s discretion.
